The Clementine Sleep Cards are a thoughtfully created collection of guided visualisations and mindfulness sessions designed to support little ones who struggle with sleep.
Created for children who may find it difficult to fall asleep or stay asleep, each calming bedtime session combines gentle storytelling with relaxing visualisations to help children unwind, settle their bodies, quiet busy minds, and feel safe and ready for rest.
Every card is written and narrated by therapist and mum Charlotte Melki, a Cognitive Hypnotherapist with a background in Neuroscience. Each session begins with the same familiar wind-down routine, creating a comforting and predictable bedtime rhythm that helps children gradually learn the skill of slowing down and preparing for sleep.
From there, each card introduces a unique story or theme, thoughtfully designed to help children navigate worries, understand emotions, build confidence, and approach bedtime with greater calm and ease.
The repeated bedtime routine plays an important role in helping children practise and develop healthy sleep habits over time — transforming bedtime from simply a nightly activity into a lifelong self-soothing skill.
